April 25, 2008 (Sawf News) - Gottex designer Gideon Oberson presented his bikini and swimwear Spring/Fall 2008 collection at Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week, September 6, 2007.
The colorful and stylish 2008 collection called Brazilian Bond Girls is a show stopper. Its all about fusion, said Oberson, "fusion of cultures and fusion of colors. The strength and edginess of the legendary Bond Girls mixed together with the festive colors and shapes of Carnival"
Prominent colors in the collection were yellow and black, white, black, iris and brown. It included black tulip print, floral print, terra print. The featured styles included one-pieces- cut-out, bandeau, halter, high-neck, one-shoulder and deep-v.
Oberson, born in Scio, Uicenza, Italy, studied fashion in Paris. He has lived and worked in Israel for many years now, creating collections with a powerful international appeal.
